At the age of 46, when staring cancer in the eye after much sadness and guilt over a divorce, Llizabet serendipitously encountered Heilkunst. This changed her life forever.
Heilkunst revealed itself as a sure and safe path to greater health including increased inner peace and self-understanding, a deeper connection to life’s purpose, and a sense of true wealth and freedom in her life. Llizabet wishes to bring these many deep and lasting benefits of Heilkunst to those who share her desire for true health at all levels.
Llizabet commenced Heilkunst studies in early 2005 and graduated in 2010. She also holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of Alberta, Edmonton and a Bachelor of Science degree (Dipl.ing.agr.) from the University Kiel, Germany. Prior to becoming a Heilkünstler Llizabet worked in soils research and consulting, primarily in the organic food sector. She was the chief researcher and co-author of “Gaining Ground – Making the Transition to Organic Farming,” published by Canadian Organic Growers in 2005.
Llizabet was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany. Following a deep yearning for wider horizons she went to Canada at the age of 26, leaving behind her family and friends. In her thirties, she received the gift of two wonderful sons who, as adults, continue to remain very important “suns” in her life. Llizabet and her husband live on their certified organic farm 45 minutes south of Calgary, Alberta.
As a seeker Llizabet has a natural desire for learning to connect with truth and to get at the root of things. She is inspired to continually further her knowledge and skills so as to facilitate and support each patient’s individual healing and wholing journey to the best of her abilities.
